Initial assessment (child):
£285
A comprehensive assessment of your child's communication profile, with a specific focus on neurodivergence and how communication is shaped by factors such as: sensory processing, masking, attention and executive functioning, regulation, and the environment.
-
30-min parent/carer Zoom discussion
-
A child-led appointment: 60–90 min, in person at the child's home (or via Zoom for people outside the North West). May include: questionnaires for the child, formal assessments, and language sampling for Gestalt Language Processors.
-
A detailed report: This includes a review of any key documents (EHCP, previous reports from other professionals). You'll have the opportunity to review a draft and suggest amendments. Once finalised, I'll send the report to any professionals and services you would like. Ongoing referrals to other services and broader recommendations can be made to inform wider support, such as an EHCP.
-
A list of advice and general strategies
-
Your child will receive a personalised Self-Advocacy Profile outlining their strengths and interests, communication needs, key strategies for adults, triggers, and signs of overwhelm. It can be shared with schools and other professionals to ensure consistent support.
-
Optional add-on: 45-min Zoom feedback session (£60). Some families like to talk things through together, which allows for questions and talking through strategies.
Please note:
-
Within a 5-mile radius, there is no travel fee; beyond that, travel is charged at 45p per mile.
-
Reports are not written in the format of an EHCP application.
